Industrial relations from a gender perspective
The EMF is contributing to a project on European industrial relations from a gender perspective. It is managed by Uppsala University in Sweden and is financed by the Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research.

European Parliament adopts Resolution on women in precarious work
On 19 October 2010 the European Parliament adopted a Resolution on women in precarious work.
The resolution states that precarious work affects women more than men and that the over-representation of women in precarious work is a key contributing factor to the gender pay gap.

EMF affiliated organisations from Denmark are participating in the EU funded project 'Abused women at work - work place policy for exploited a women (a trade union action)'.
