10th anniversary of “Vienna Memorandum Group”

The Vienna Memorandum Group (International trade union collective bargaining cooperation networks) met in Prague on 7 December 2009 to comemorate the 10th anniversary.
The group consists of metalworking trade unions from Bavaria, Austria, Slovenia, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary.
The unions of the Vienna Memorandum Group have implemented a rapid, regular two-way information flow on collective bargaining, the signing of collective agreements and labour conflicts. With the same perseverance, they have advocated an active wage and distribution policy.
