Seminar on Networking on HR management in trade unions in the metalworking sector

This course aims :

• to analyse the impact of changes in the trade union environment on the work of trade union officials and employees;

• to get an overview of the consequences of mergers and staff management under economic constraint for trade union staff;

• to examine what HR policies could be developed in order to facilitate the adaptation to changes.
