A Night of Labour Film Shorts, hosted by the international labour movement in celebration of May Day.

May 1, Grütli Theatre, Rue du General-Dufour 16, Geneva

Film shorts shown at 19h00, feature presentation begins at 20h40. Discussion with filmmakers to follow.

Feature Presentation: Morristown: in the air and sun, a film by Anne Lewis, 60 minutes, documentary [English/Spanish with English/Spanish subtitles]: Filmed in the mountains of east Tennessee, interior Mexico and Ciudad Juarez, Morristown presents a working class response to globalisation, immigration, factory flight and the organized demand for economic and social justice. Workers of all ages, colour, industry and culture speak from the heart against the backdrop of union halls, factories, city parks and employment agencies.
