Press conference on European-wide restructuring plan in VW 27 November 2006
The press is invited to attend a press conference in connection with the recent announcement on European-wide restructuring plan in VW on Monday 27 November 2006 at 3.30 p.m.
The European Metalworkers’ Federation (EMF) has convened a coordination meeting of all EMF affiliated unions with membership in Volkswagen throughout Europe in order to discuss the current situation and the EMF solidarity strategy faced with Volkswagen restructuring plans and prospective job losses in Europe.
This meeting will take place from 11.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and will be immediately followed by the press conference.
The venue for the meeting and press conference is as follows:
